The right practitioner is at least half the work.

3D Healing is something you do for yourself, but not something you do alone. Here's how to build your team, the questions to ask before you take anyone's advice, and what to look for on a first visit.

First

Stabilize first. Optimize second.

If you are dealing with severe new pain, chest pressure or shortness of breath, unexplained weight loss, blood where it should not be, a new lump or mass, sudden neurological symptoms, an acute injury, or a mental-health crisis, get conventional medical care first. Call your doctor, your specialist, or an emergency line. For mental-health crisis support, call or text 988.

The 3D Healing work will still be here when you are stable.

Build your 3D team

Which of these you need depends on which dimension, and which pillars, you're working on right now. Start with your Weak Link.

Structure
  • A skilled chiropractorIdeally one trained in flexion-distraction or spinal decompression.
  • A medical deep-tissue therapistHands-on work for muscle, fascia and the restrictions your own practice can't reach.
  • A movement teacherSomeone to guide 3D motion, flexibility and core strength.
Chemistry
  • A nutritionistFor your foundational supplements, diet and the Build, Support, Cleanse sequence.
  • An integrative practitionerTo order and read the labs that show what's really happening inside.
  • A health coachTo help new habits actually stick.
Energetics
  • An acupuncturistOr shiatsu, its needle-free cousin, to restore flow where it's stuck.
  • A qigong or tai chi teacherTo help you build your own daily practice.
  • A licensed mental-health professional or spiritual teacherWhen emotions, stress or purpose are the Weak Link.
The foundation under all three: a primary care physician you actually trust, and whichever specialists you genuinely need. 3D Healing is integrative, not alternative.

Before you take anyone's advice

Honest questions from Chapter 2 of the book, plus a few to ask in person.

  1. Do they have formal education about the body: anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, neurology, clinical nutrition?
  2. Have they worked with actual patients, and seen the complexity that can walk into an office?
  3. Or are you listening to a paid sponsor, an influencer, or someone whose only credential is "it worked for me"?
  4. How much real experience do they have? Some things are only learned in a room with thousands of patients.
  5. What is your training and license, and how long have you been practicing?
  6. How often do you see people with what I'm dealing with?
  7. What would you want to see change, and by when, to know this is working?
  8. Are you comfortable working alongside my other providers?

What to look for on a first visit

A good first visit should leave you feeling heard, not sold.

  • They take a full history and ask about more than your main complaint.
  • They listen more than they talk, and they don't rush you.
  • They explain what they're doing and why, in plain language.
  • They give you something you can do on your own between visits.
  • They set a time to reassess, rather than an open-ended schedule.
  • They don't pressure you into long prepaid packages on day one.
  • They respect your other providers, including conventional medicine.

Get referrals from people you trust, not only the reviews a practitioner posts on their own website. You can also look up a practitioner's license with your state's licensing board.

“When you start working on the deeper levels, the energetic and emotional work, be even more careful. Look hard at credentials. This is work where the wrong hands can do real harm.”

I take my time choosing anyone who works on my own energetics: their background, their training, their experience, even their social media. You are paying for their energetic presence, so make sure it's one you want in the room.
